Learn More About Biodiversity

In 1984, I built a publishing company, "Ecology-Sha". At that time, the word "ecology" wasn’t used commonly. So I struggled to spread the idea of ecology to the general public. It is different now. The word has soaked into our daily life and everyone knows what the word means. I confirm that the times have changed.
Now, the word “biodiversity” has already penetrated in our society. What is biodiversity? It means, in short, that countless living organisms exist on earth and these life forms are fundamental to the existence of any life on earth and they are intertwined/interdependent with each other. Once people understand and accept the idea and protection of biodiversity it will become common sense, and people will be able to feel compassion and empathy toward all the living things on Earth.
